Don't laugh, this is a serious question.
As you may or may not know, there was an RPG back in the early 80's called Aftermath! It's now available on RPGNow. I found the below scenario years ago and have always loved reading it.
Operation Morpheus, Scenario pack 1, has you waking up from your cryo tubes after the end of the world, basically, at Sydney University. I'm going to use it for an Earth run for my game, as it's one heck of a loot pinata. Any place that has thousands of miniatures set up for a battle, WWII souveneirs, porn, drugs and ninja gear lying around, is my kind of scenario.
That being said, it goes really odd and has a group of vampires trapped there. Rather mellow vampires, in fact. I immediately went "no", but then started to question that. A small group of vampires would not be that big an impact on a solar system that is already out there. But....would Firewall consider them an X-Risk and bag the lot? I mean, it's vampires, but they predated the Titans, so not that kind of risk. Drinking blood is less odd than some other people's eating habits nowadays....
To boot, I think one of them is supposed to be Amelia Earhart, so that is it's own level of cool.
No sparkling.

Vampires? Wouldn't they be
Vampires? Wouldn't they be extinct by the time AF 10? Important questions: Would uploading work on them? Is it possible to cure yourself of vampirism by resleeving into a new morph? How is their condition spread? What kind of powers do they have to defend themselves or keep themselves secret?
Those kind of questions might determine if the vampires in question are the last vampires in the solar system. I don't think many vampires would want to go to space. If there is little food and little cover, then it would be a bad idea to go to space. Of course, after the fall, space would be the only places worth going as there is little reason to stay on Earth after the fall.
As for X-Risks, maybe. It might take some work to convince people in the know that they aren't exsurgents or TITAN produced weapons. Producing blood would be simple in AF 10, simpler than producing new biomorphs or podmorphs. So feeding them shouldn't be too much work. They might get along with most transhumans. They're those who try to be stranger in scum swarms and in other parts of the solar system.
As for weaponizing them, like what was done with asyncs, it depends how vampirism is spread. If it is a disease or virus, it might take time to ship it around the solar system. You probably can't resleeve a vampire and expect them to have vampire powers if that was the case. They would need vampire morphs to do that. However, if this disease or virus could be something that could be made in a lab, then it could be transmitted throughout the solar system or even improved upon.
If they are somehow magical undead creatures, it might not be easy or even practical to spread vampires around the solar system or to have vampire morphs. In fact, they might not be creatures that could be resleeved, then they would be more mortal than most transhumans. That would greatly limit their use. Whether or not they are even worth using would depend on what they can do that a transhuman could not.
Edit: I know nothing about these vampires you are talking about. Could you inform us of what they do? Or are you looking for suggestions as to what abilities they should have?

It's a virus. And I think
It's a virus. And I think your post has resolved my issue.
I have no reason to think the ego is changed, so it's the morph that is a vampire. Firewall will confiscate the vampire morphs, and with the help of a character with credits, supply them with a nice new Menton for the doctor and possibly Olympians for the others.
The vampire morphs go in the Firewall black box along with a copy of the egos for research purposes.
They may not be thrilled about the trade, but it's better than getting the Dalek treatment. Also, immortality is pretty available now. All in all, not that bad for getting removed off of a very unhappy Earth.
The vampire morphs are pretty classic vampire, with the addition of being able to go into hibernation (like an elder VTM vampire).
Yeah, that works for me. Thanks!

I like how Eclipse Phase is
I like how Eclipse Phase is all all "Vampires? Like, stake-through-the-heart vampires? Yeah, they're a curiosity, and it's really cool to have new 'Oldest Transhuman Egos' on record, even private record; if nothing else, they'll be useful psychological cases for the immortal oligarchs, but they ain't really hot shit or anything these days."

When I think about vampires
When I think about vampires and RPG the influence of White Wolf Publishing is too strong.
I have thought about vampires in Eclipse Phase, and it is possible. They could eat "plasma fruit" (like the one from sims 3: late night), or to eat human clone meat. But they can't use cortical stack, but "surrogates" (puppets).
Maybe the vampires are in the Earth, and they can survive because they are inmmune to exurgent virus (!!!!). Now they can rule their own dominions but they need to build farms, and your vampire powers aren't enough if you hostile neiughbour is a TITAN nanoswarn what can eat your buttom
To create new stories we need a open mind.
