I was thinking about writing a scenario in which the Triads hold illegal underground fights on Qing Long.
The kidnap individuals, remove their stack and make them fight against each other. Visitors can place bets. Visitors could even pay to fight exotic fighters.
Trouble comes up when they kidnap an Ultimate (or rather find her wounded on a wreck) and other ultimates from her network try to find her and attack Triad structures recklessly, and a Firewall agent investigating vanishes.

Well, it sounds cool to me. I'm guessing the players would be a Sentinel cell investigating missing Firewall personnel?
What angle do you want to take here? Infiltrating the triads? Getting into the fights? Working with the ultimates?

What was the vanished
What was the vanished sentinel/proxy after? Why is Firewall involved?
Is it just about stopping an escalating conflict between the Ultimates and the Triads?
Worse enough, but you might want to give it some x-risk angle. Maybe something else was on that wreck with the Ultimate. Something that's now on Qing Long and is using the heated situation to cover its tracks. Or it wants things to spiral out of control for some other sinister reason.
Or maybe it's about the fights. The Triads could be using some new and dangerous drugs/psychosurgery techniques/weaponry (nanoswarms maybe) to make them even more interesting. Given that there are two million transhumans on Qing Long, Firewall might be concerned.

Firewall is concerned because
Firewall is concerned because the attacks get more and more violent and they don't understand why. After all, Firewall does not know that the triads keep an ultimate captured.
Let's say we are dealing with a particular group of ultimates. A killer commando of a fashist movement fighting a war with a crime syndicat in a space station filled with 2 million lifeforms should worry Firewall at least a little bit. At least enough to send someone sniff around a bit.
Note: this is the very first mission for a new group of players.

I think if you want to
I think if you want to politically charge it a little more, remember that Qing Long is technically part of the Planetary Consortium and is owned and operated by Hypercorp fronts for the triads. Thus, if the Ultimates keep pushing the hab, it could put pressure on the PC to censure the Ultimates, which would in turn give certain internal factions in the Ultimates incentive to make a strike against the PC, etc etc. Remember it's a legit concern that the Ultimates could perform an alpha strike and capture all five Solar Gates, so the idea that normal crime or political grandstanding could spiral into an X-risk would be a considered factor for Firewall. Sentinels jobs are hopefully to poke small problems and either stop them or kick them up the chain of command to get mission specialists on.
