mysteries
I'm running my group through the published adventures but I am also trying to build my own as well. I am trying to think of some mysteries and intrigue but I am coming up dry. Can I get some ideas from people here? Thanks

I could randomly brainstom
I could randomly brainstom ideas to you, in a long process that might not get good results. Or I could link you to this page: http://www.projectrho.com/public_html/rocket/weirdastronomy.php And tell you to read, but since it would be too lazy and my rep score could suffer from that, lets just comment the ideas that I think would fit best in any EP adventure: -Hexagon on Saturn: By the image above it should be clear that an hexagon on Saturn fits perfectly in the EP universe, specially if you take into account the fact that there were/are ETIs around and an hexagon is so strange that you can give any kind of backstory to it and it would be still cool as ice. Also taking into account that Jupiters atmosphere would crush any kind of probe you send in there, this only extends the ammounts of things you can do with it, like a "Super Pandora Gate" or "Pandora Gate Nexus" that can only be reached with the Pandora Gate network, or that the hexagon is in reality a giant antenna for the ETI corruptor, but instead of emitting radio signals its specifically composed in a complex algorithm that can be read by seed inteligences... and so on. You could even say that inside the hexagon we have a real-life My Little Pony show going on and it would still be perfect! -Iapetus ridge: This also fits perfectly on EP but only by pure luck, since Iapetus is somekind of TITAN-horror center of somekind this ridge only adds more mistery to the mix and doesn't exclude anything described in the manuals. From a fosilized space-worm, to a secret TITAN facility or why not? Iapetus is in reality a TITAN-chicken and all the horrors inside are just the inmune system defending itself. This is just as good as the hexagon, so just use your imagination and don't worry for the result because the base you part is quite good. -16 psyche. Or the asteroid made specifically out of metal(Iron-Nickle), which is completly weird, normal asteroids are composed by sorted layers of different density like the Earth or a glass with mercury-oil-water, a 100% compositión is trully odd. So odd that it can be many things... like the rests of a grey bomb(a bomb made of nanobots, that eats and replicate constantly until they eat everything the can and then they just become a giant grey mass, hence the name), a giant space bullet, or maybe the TITANs use it as a giant antenna for all the TITAN infiltrators in the solar system or maybe the TITANs are actually trying to build an antenna with it to infect all transhuman comunications at once. -Lagrange point L3. Ok, this one is not specifically in that page but think about this. The L3 point in any astral body will be completly oposed to both the sun and the astral body, which means that it will be hidden by a giant fireball and the only way you have to see it is by launching a satelite and get away a few thousand kilometers to start getting a glimpse of the other one. This doesn't work in the overcrowed space of EP in the solar system but fits perfectly any Gatecrashing campaign. From gatecrashers that end stranded in a system with two planets/asteroids and everytime they try to come back the Pandora Gate just makes them travel to the opossed astral body, to a giant TITAN facility hidden in a way that no one will ever guess where it is by the simple fact that there is a giant sun in the middle.

I imagine that the L3 point
I imagine that the L3 point for all the bodies are very important for communication arrays. Probably a pretty busy area. If I understand correctly, its also the most unstable Larange point too, requiring the most correction to remain in the magic spot.

I agree, thats why I specified exoplanets, and the part about correction can be solved by either TITAN/factor tech or the fact that in EP has advanced space technologies

You could *probably* rig a solar sail to keep a small station on station, but it'd be hard as far out as saturn.
