The Jamming Radar section on
The Jamming Radar section on p. 264 of the core rulebook has more details, but here's the gist: A jamming bullet in you causes a -30 to all your communications, radar scanning, and so forth. You can make an Interface test (opposed) against the jammer bullet (which has a rating of 30 for its skill, effectively). Basically, the target rolls an Interface test and the bullet rolls to oppose it.

Thats what I was thinking. So who gets to roll the interface check? Is the person that got hit by the jamming bullet or anyone in the party may make the roll?

The person operating the device makes the roll. Presumably, this means that the guy who is hit can roll, but you might allow someone desperately trying to send them (and them individually) a message being able to make it as well.

I also assume you can just
I also assume you can just take your hand, your knife or your utilitool and just physically remove the bullet. It shouldn't be too hard, it's not like they penetrate or anything.
