Flaunting cybernetics
I seem to remember the corebook dismissing highly visible cybernetic augmentations and prosthetics as outdated and used only as stopgap measures, but I think that given the many subcultures and bizarre posthuman fashions of EP, there would be plenty of people who would seek the most visible, obvious cybernetics they could. I'm thinking a cross between cyberpunk fashion and a non-evil version of the Silicon Creatures from Blame!. So where do you think they'd gather? Where would they be politically?

Everywhere, except on more bioconservative habitats it might have a lot of crossover with counter-cultural groups. It doesn't seem to carry any political statement except for the obvious connotations of being comfortable with body modification and mechanical parts, which might set biocons on edge.

I think it depends on where they are. Many Biocons can be very machinaphobic, so looking or being more machine like will get ya treated like a pod. I would say look to how pods are treated as a sign of how heavy cyber will be treated in that hab.
