Eclipse Phase logo font

(I tried searching the forums first but I may have missed them.) The font that is used for the Eclipse Phase logo, is it custom or does it use an existing font? Either way, is it possible to obtain that font for use? Thanks

That doesn't look like the logo font. I believe he's talking about the font at the top of this page.

Whatever it is, it seems difficult to find. The only really iconic letter is the 'A', and the font lookup websites I have used don't give any good hits. It has obviously had some fiddling done with it, a distort/destroy texture overlaid to get the worn look. http://imgur.com/V3dfp80 That is a slightly cleaned up version, but even that doesn't really help. The trouble is that I have no idea what terminology is used to describe fonts. I get a lot of hits that look similar when I use 'Robot' as a search term, but none that share the same look.

You know -- I am completely blanking on the name of the font, and I'm travelling and away from my main computer that has all the crunchy construction files. It _is_ a font, and it was already distressed when I started working with it (Mike Vaillancourt suggested it), but I did tweak it and change some of the letters. IIRC the "A" was horizontally flipped in my version, and obviously I tweaked all of the letter "E" to make them slightly different.

Nikona X2 is the Font.

Nikona X2 is the Font. Adam told me a few years ago when we were trying to get the fanzine off of the ground. But he meddled with it and cleaned it up. There is a related font out there called Nikona Gris that is similar but different. I use them frequently in the EP related graphics I make.
