Amazon can't have the old one. They haven't been shipped a copy of the old one since February 2014, and then they went 3 months without ordering any because it was OOP (they did return one during that time frame, though), and then they ordered a bunch of the fourth printing in June and July. They wouldn't have ordered new ones in June/July if they still had previous printing copies left -- Amazon is very cutthroat about that sort of thing. They return handfuls of books every single month to make their numbers look better. At this point I generally think it's safe to say that high-volume local/online stores are also out of the 3rd printing -- they haven't been able to get them since February 2014 as well. Truly, if you have the 3rd printing, unless you need a second copy of the book for some other reason, you don't need to grab the 4th printing. It's just a printing with a few little tweaks!
