The Lost Generation
Just a quick couple of questions: What level of Psi do the Lost start with, and is the Derangement that they start with the 'free' one all Psi-bearers have or is it in addition to any derangements gained from Psi?

From reading the eratta they start with Psi 1. They have two derangements, one normal one psi.
