In transhuman the is costs for own/renting a private server but I can not find rules for an infomorph running on one.

its the same rules as an infomorph running on any system. it needs to have the hardware capacity to support it and the only real difference that since its private there are fewer and more strict access vectors.

most of the options for
most of the options for servers and the like for infomorphs in transhumanism have rules detailing things like attribute maximums and the like but I can't find any for a private server.

A private server is identical
A private server is identical to the other servers; it's simply privately owned, so the owner gets to call all the shots on it. That's really the only difference - a private server is one you own and directly control, the others are cheaper in the short term because you're renting them. (Well, and the fact that on a server that you don't own, other people might be logging what you get up to, which could cause some serious issues if you're doing Firewall stuff.)
