Smart Vac Clothing

Okay, so Smart Vac Clothing has an armor rating of 2/4 and can function as a light vacuum suit. A light Vacuum suit has an armor rating of 5/5 and can be upgraded to function as smart clothing. Both items have the same price. Does their armor rating change depending on their current form, or are they two separate items? Why don't they have the same name, then?

That could be considered an example of poor editing, I agree. Here's how I'd resolve it: Smart Vac Clothing and a Light Vacuum Suit that is made of smart clothing are the same item. The 2/4 armor figure is for when it's being normal clothing - a dress, an evening jacket, t-shirt and blue jeans, kilt and tunic, boilersuit overalls, etcetera. The 5/5 figure is when it's in the form of a light vacuum suit, or some other obvious protective garment it can turn into, like obvious light body armor that happens to be 5/5. You can't get the 5/5 figure without being [i]obviously[/i] armored or wearing an otherwise protective garment, such as if you set your smart vac suit to look like a hazmat suit or whatever.
