Thoughts on Pure Synth Morph habitats & Vehicles
Synth Morph have their own living conditions and life support needs, I imagine that they would have custom habitats and vehicles , that fully takes advantage of this. For cost & weight efficiency. The living space for a Swarmanoid... A metal cannister cylinder . Perhaps a Anthill habitat, where the majority of the walls themselfs are inactive swarmanoids.

Getting rid of that thick oxygen-nitrogen-water atmosphere is a good start: less corrosion, no risk for fires and much less green goo growing behind access panels (have you seen or smelled the average cable duct on a biomorph habitat?! that stuff has been evolving since Mir!) Vacuum is not entirely popular due to vacuum welding, but some inert gas like neon or freon works fine and allows the flybots to fly without too much effort. Helium is a bit too hard to contain and tends to diffuse in annoying ways. The pressure can be lower, or variable. Temperature is still going to be somewhat restricted in range, but likely far less restricted than around biomorphs. Different habitats may keep very different ranges, making certain synthmorph models unable to visit. A Martian morph's chemical microbatteries will simply freeze, the actuators get too viscous and a lot of electronic will get out of whack due to changed conductance if it visited a Neptunian outpost. Light is another thing that can be different. Why keep to terrestrial light levels or wavelengths? It might be terahertz or UV radiation instead.

"Visitors for your safety , please use the VR-lounge" Having said this, In most placed there would exist building regulations for the benefit of the majority (or minority). "Your habitat has been deemed as discriminative, Its life-support must be able to accommodate humans. Please make the proper adjustments."

One might take as inspiration the dead space beneath the raised floors of a data center. You know, where power and network cables are run, and people sometimes toss things to be rid of them and promptly forget they were ever there...

Or forms of radiation that are almost forgotten AF, such as frequencies in the 6-10 MHz range or infrared. Also, potentially new forms of communication might arise out of such conditions. Imagine a habitat where none of the morphs can hear or speak as the PCs know it, but are sensitive to burst transmissions down around 95MHz.

On that vein, what about a hab made of one or more synths? Even something reletively small (maybe even a basic Synth, but definately a Reaper or Arachinoid) could be equipped to house several swarminoids or maybe a flexbot or two. The relationship could be along the lines of a familial group or 'flatmates', or it could be more symbiotic or parasitic in nature dependant on the individuals involved. An interesting idea could be a military squad: The Reaper/ Arachiniod acting as heavy support/transport, smaller synths fulfilling specialist roles. Think Ravage and the little ball bearing bots in Revenge of the Fallen and you'll see what I mean. Another idea related to the synth hab is the AI hab. Imagine a habitat without organic influence. What form would it take? Would it be a collection of individuals, or would each ego in it become a particle of a greater whole bound by near instantainous transfer of information, akin to a swarminoid or nanoswarm but on a much vaster scale. COuld be an interesting idea for a TITAN hive....

I had a "Cliché" idea of a large AGI/Titan dome structure, thats become a unwilling host (but unaware) for "biological influences" using it as a habitat. The inhabitants of the sleeping giant are still blissfully unaware.
