Muses & Morphs
I was trying to think of various things players could do to 'store' extra morphs, and one idea occured to me. Can a Muse 'teleoperate' a morph body? My think was... you buy a closet sized apartment, the Morph sits there... the Muse has it eat basic necessities, go to the bathroom, excercise it, etc... Opinions?

A standard muse couldn't, but this is something AIs can do, yes. Might need some skillsofts to make a muse do it.

If the morph being controlled is outfitted with a Puppet Sock, then yes, a standard Muse could teleoperate it and keep it active as a method of storage. Doesn't seem particularly efficient, though. If you are rich enough to own multiple morphs, and have the ability to support them at the same time, then you are probably rich enough to just rent it out to an indenture or something.

Huh, I don't remember reading that anywhere. I thought only bot AIs could run morphs normally?

IIRC there was no rule in the book saying some AIs cannot telioperate a bot or morph but others can. That said doing so with any kind of competence will require an appropriate piloting skill, which muses lack. With effective skill 10 I would be thinking even feeding the morph will require a roll (roll for easy tasks rule, failures are successes, crit failures are ordinary failures) with a 9% chance of failure on a feed morph check you will want a competent cleaner bot. or give your muse a pilot walker skill soft and don’t worry about the rolls.

AI's can't default and i think i remember reading in the core that they can't operate biomorphs except pods. if they can do biomorphs i think it has to be a full AGI

They can't sleeve in them, no, because their programming structure is significantly different to that used by the human brain; they need to use a cyberbrain instead. They can remote-control them, though, if they've got the Pilot (Walker) skill (and since they can always use skillsoft programs, that's not difficult to give them).

Unless it was changed in
Unless it was changed in Transhuman, Pilot: Walker/Anthroform is used to operate power armour and other exoskeletons, not any walking morph; the skill an AI would use to remote-control a biomorph are simply its Aptitudes. Having Pilot: Anthroform is not a prerequisite. EDIT: Having now checked Transhuman, apparently Pilot: Anthroform is used to remote-control biomorphs.
