Ok so these guys are new to the setting, new to espionage games in general.
these are all very bright people but it seems like little mistakes are costing them big, like assuming because the panopticon is down in an area, people wouldn't be using spy bots.
I want the players to succeed, but I'm at a total loss as to how to make that happen without turning the antagonists from brilliant and evil to thuggish and extremely stupid.
What would you do?
