Drug Glands
How do these work, exactly? My interpretation is that a set of these glands enable the character to be dosed with a specific drug at will. Is this correct? It seems a bit powerful. For a Low cost implant, particularly given that a single dose of many physical drugs are in the moderate or even high category.

I believe that they work pretty much as you've described, rather like the drug glands in Banks' Culture novels. I suspect that the Low cost is probably due to two factors: 1) You can't take a bioware implant if you're a synthmorph, so they're probably going to be unavailable to at least one or two members of the party. 2) The chems created are "non-transferrable"; that is, if you obtain a dose of Drug X, you or any other member of the party (again, barring synths) can use it, as the need arises. If, on the other hand, you have a gland in your head that produces a combat drug, which your teammate could really use to get through the next three rounds of combat, well, he's out of luck...

A good strategy is to have a drug gland that releases liquid thermite or scrapper's gel, and eelware. Use your imagination.

In the errata, we changed the Cost to be one Cost category higher than the drug.
