Forgive me if I'm not particularly up on the detailed legalities of the Eclipse Phase license; but couldn't you just take the MRGCNN image from Rimward and print it on a T-shirt yourself? I know that a couple big office stores (Staples, here) sell iron-on transfer sheets for printers. And really; wouldn't that be more in keeping with the spirit of the game? Don't wait for the company to offer what you want; remix it yourself. :) And I just referred to the Posthuman dudes as 'The Company' in the evil corporate sense. Sorry guys.
