Looking for online group for EP and other games

Hi, I'm trying to get together an online group (Skype or G+ or whatever works) for playing EP and other games and recording for AP podcasting. I want to run an EP campaign (only details I'll give you are the campaign will be called Ascension and the first chapter will be called Rapture) and looking for other GMs to run EP or old-school D&D, Pathfinder, CoC, or whatever you convince me will be awesome. Looking to play once a week on a fixed schedule, but pretty open in terms of date and time.

I'm in Argentina right now

so a little later than Eastern time. But I'm a freelance translator and I work on a flexible schedule, so whatever works for the majority of the people interested I'll try to make it work (unless it's literally the middle of the night, neighbors wouldn't like that)

I'd love to actually play the game. I've only had the opportunity to GM, although I would have much preferred actually playing before hosting. I'm in Pacific Standard Time, so I guess you're a few hours ahead of me, but I'm pretty sure we could work something out. I'm basically available any day of the week, preferably after 12PM my time.

Awesome. Celius, to be honest, I haven't played or GMed EP myself, but I listen to the RPPR AP religiously, and the Rag-Nerd-Rok one as well. I'm not the most experienced RPG player in the world, but you have to jump in, that's the only way to get comfortable with it, I do know that much. I just need a consistent group who has some patience with what might be a rocky campaign to start off with. jh, I'm definitely interested in joining your game or merging the groups if we can work it out. Sundays are a bit tough for me because that's the day all my coursework is due every week (online translation school), but if it comes down to that being the day I guess I can plan ahead like I know I should anyway. There's a guy from another forum who expressed interest and said any day but Saturday. I'd like not to exclude him if we can work the schedule to make that possible. But how many people have you got confirmed? And are they all interested in recording the games? If not, I'd be happy to just join up and play separate from the thing I'm trying to organize. Or if they're interested, awesome, let's do it. If you guys want, go ahead and email me at capitalocracy at gmail and give me a general idea what type of characters you would be interested in playing under my campaign. It would be a Firewall campaign. Would be good to make sure we've at least got someone who can hack and someone who can slash.

Rags, is there any particular time you absolutely can't play? And GreyBro, what's your schedule like? If you can't play too late, a game at 12 Pacific would start at 3 Eastern, 4 my time, and 8 or 9 your time depending on daylight savings.

Well that would be for my college hours. But given time zone diffrence that wouldnt be much of a problem. As for workschedule, it shouldnt be a problem either, seeing as I work when I dont have classes. That said my manager will get me my schedule for the next two and a half months so a definitive answer on that will be coming shortly. I GM'd for another game with all US players, I found it doable as well.

What day were you thinking of running on? I'm interested, Mountain Daylight Time (GMT -6) is my current timezone, but some days are already booked. Namely Sunday evenings, Wednesday evenings and Saturday evenings. I can however schedule free time anytime that isn't one of those times, given advanced notice.

jhfurnish is doing his on Sundays (and he's starting this Sunday). I'm thinking Friday too, but I'm not quite sure exactly what time yet. The earliest would be 12 Pacific. Snowflake would prefer 8 Central, we'll call that the latest possible start time, but I'm afraid that might be too late for folks in Europe. Folks in Europe, what's the latest you can play? I'm not ready to start running sessions this Friday, but maybe this Friday we can meet up on Skype briefly around 12 pacific and finalize the time and talk about characters. Everyone still in email me or pm me your Skype username.

Around 3 a.m. i'd like to go to bed to sleep so that would be at 7 pm pacific time. But 12 pacific time works well for me(it's 8 pm over here then so comfortably after my college hours.)

Sorry I took a while to respond here. I had expected people to post replies in the separate thread I started under 'Registry', plus I'd been getting replies on private email. So far, I have two people, which is a tad disappointing. Hopefully you will indeed join us for our Skype game (I'm ' metaltoxin ') at Noon today (Sunday). It's Firewall, Gatecrasher, level 1, start with 1200 CP. Try to get me your character before then by email. Thanks!
