I'm not really sure what you mean. It's the same game and same owners, and writers etc, but they don't publish as part of Catalyst Games, if that's what you are referring too. I think Posthuman split from them almost two years ago.

The creators of the game are the same; we just started publishing on our own instead of through someone else.
The third (current) printing is improved over the first two printings in several ways: it's on better-quality paper, there are two cloth bookmarks attached to the spine, and there are some corrections and tweaks to the rules and text. The errata file for those corrections is linked here: http://eclipsephase.com/resources#errata
The obvious way to tell the difference between the printings is the Posthuman Studios logo on the cover!
