Reconaissance & Skirmish Oriented Quadruped WOLF/CHEETAH
Hey everyone! I've been intending on using Crying Wolf's armor in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, as a visual template for a military synthmorph I intend on using in a game I will be running. The idea is to have the players eventually be hounded by a 'pack' of these, and wonder what specifications could fit a synthmorph like that? I have yet to create a custom Morph, and I can't find the page in the book that tells me how to make one, so some help on that front would be appreciated. The primary idea is to have the WOLF/CHEETAH (name pending) be a skirmisher and recon unit, about the size of a very, very muscular pony, using a swivel-mounted railgun on it's back to be able to target foes even while on the run. Along those lines, it has an enhanced sensory range, thanks to the sensory dish mounted onto the left "front shoulder", as you can see in the image. The tail serves as both a camera and a physical port for jacking into door panels, to open them electronically. The camera aid the low-profile WOLF/CHEETAH to look over ridges, while still keeping itself out of sight. In doing so, it can simply pop up the railgun, using the "limb" attached to it, to aim over said ridge or covering surface, to fire at enemies, while remaining unharmed and hidden. On it's hind legs it carries a series of vents capable of producing a thick smoke, riddled with metallic shards, serving as chaff against cameras and targeting systems. Thoughts and ideas welcome! Latter might not be necessary, I allow normal articulated weapon mounts for shooting out of cover without exposing yourself. The 4 fixed Weapon mounts for Seekers with Smoke and/or Splash rounds. Note that this is based on the canon Fenrir and Reaper morphs. They are not outfitted enough for a true military asset in my opinion, and the Fenrir's description (tank-like) doesn't translate well into the rules, because they are too fragile and not strong enough. (Also the case with this morph to a lesser degree, but it is smaller and closer to a morph than to a vehicle)

Oh! Thank you Jaber! The idea
Oh! Thank you Jaber! The idea behind the WOLF / CHEETAH is just that! It is less of a vehicle, and more of a military-grade synthmorph whose biggest strength is speed and agility, not armor. I would love to hear about things to add, or perhaps some negative aspects of the Synthmorph in question. What would the pros and cons of this morph be, in the long run?
