MetaCelebrity Morph Ideas
An adventure I'm designing right now features a MetaCelebrity, and I'm trying to come up with meaningful ways of making them stand-out a bit better than others who have the bio-sculpted biomorphs (or even synthmorphs). But, I guess I'm having kind of a problem with making it, well, believable. Would it be possible, somehow, to make a biomorph with seemingly bigger, more expressive eyes (Disney Eyes), for example, without freaking people out? Could you make a biomorph that appears just like a typical beautiful anime girl? What advantages or disadvantages could such a morph have? Then it got me to thinking about such a biomorph might be tailor made to look just so at any given moment, to be expressive in such a way that no modern "flat" actor could be. The options would be endless, and dependent only on the performer's requirements. The MetaCelebrity I have in mind is a dedicated Actress, dedicated to the feminine form, but with kind of a anime-style Grace Kelly approach; sensual, classy, and achingly gorgeous (watch Rear Window). I don't know exactly what I'm looking for in a Morph for this in terms of the game, so I'm just going to wing it for now, but I think it would be an interesting facet to explore.

Living Anime Character
This may be of interest. Metacelebs must have more than looks. They need to be memorable in ways that other morphs are not. You could have the character be a paragon of a specific character archetype, an epitome, that the audience can turn to and relate with or envy. Rules wise, the anime girl would probably have uncanny valley and striking looks. Some people see striking others see uncanny. Depends on the disposition.

An interesting twist could be
An interesting twist could be that in order to stand out, you need to be a bit bizarre, to the point that it is actually off-putting to most. Except that your marketing campaign exposes people to your look to the point that they start liking it. Maybe it is even clever enough that you can prep people for your new look without actually showing it to them exactly, so they're ready for the big unveiling of the new morph.

MetaCelebs are Characters.
MetaCelebs are Characters. First, design the Character. Then, you get an actor to play them. Following that, you try to get them famous. A difference between this and modern acting is that the actor is playing the character constantly.
Somebody is using bad science! Snark, facts, snark. Your body is corrupted: Cool, do more science to it. Your mind is warped: That's nice, want a cookie? What do we say to the God of Death? Not today!
