Problems with uplifts

Hiya to everybody. I'm here again couse I have some problems with interpretation of the book. This time is about uplifts. In the core rule book and in Panopticon they say that mainly in the inner sistem, the Jovian junta etc they are basicly forbiden or at least really controled. Without any kind of rights and been trated as an object. Ok them, Why you can't find in the bassic ruleboock and in panopticon that if you want to use a morph like neo-avian, neo hominids etc. You don´t have any kind of disanvantages like uplift traits the same that you can find with the pods? Thanks so much

Ummm I didn't find the "Kept

Ummm I didn't find the "Kept down by the man" negative trait. sorry :( but I was thinking specially in Social Stigma the same that you can find when you chose a Pod. Another thing that cames to my mind related with social stigma. There is anykind of diference betwen an ID from an Transhuman, AGI and Uplifts. For example: Transhuman: 15534ABBC, AGI: A-15334ABBC, and Uplift Up-15334ABBC. That can supose than even when you are in another morph you can be "marked". Thanks . PD. Sorry about my poor english.

Sorry RustedPantheress my english is quite poor. Ok I'll try to explain myself. I understood that Uplifts have less rights than transhumans. Then: Why when you chose a neo-hominid morph you don't have the disanvadtage social stigma? Even If you are a Transhuman in a neo-hominid, neo-avian, etc. I supose that people will trate you in a diferent way.

Probably a typo in the books. In most cases in the inner system, uplifts can't even resleeve into a different morph, and transhumans won't resleeve into an uplift morph. Rare exceptions through. In the outer system, excepting the Junta, uplifts have the same rights as everybody else and there is no social stigma. Some of the uplift morphs are unavailable in the inner system as well. But yes, it's probably a typo, so just add those in.

Thank you very much. That is what I thought. And what about the IDs? I supose than they will vary according to your condition (Agi, Transhuman, uplifts), isn't it?
