Morph Familiarity Ego Trait
Based off the resleeving chapter, why not a simple trait offering familiarity with a morph type, and +10 for reintegration tests?

"Right at Home" -

"Right at Home" - Automatically merge with one type of morph perfectly every time.

"Adaptability" - A +10 or +20 on all resleeving checks.

Not merging, but resleeving into. Talking about merging - "Open Mind" trait is good idea - OM 1 for 10 points, OM 2 for 20. Every level pushes you one row up in merging table.

Although he said merging, the actual text of Right At Home allows you to resleeve into a certain type of morph without Integration or Alienation tests, suffering no penalties or mental stress. You could, in theory, make a two-step trait with a 5 point version that does what you're positing, but I'd start there since it's exactly what you're talking about.
