Nice to see that they work in microgravity. Ever done the 'tether-assist' or the 'asteroid'? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ni4j5K4Lz3o&feature=player_embedded I can certainly imagine scum inventing even more radical games - especially with nanomaterial yo-yos.

I'm surprised to see that the return mechanic works in microgravity. For some reason I'd always assumed gravity was involved at some point, but based on how it's behaving it looks like it's actually friction. Time to go do some research.
