Hack Pack Purchasing Issues
I already own the book Gatecrashing in PDF format, but I want to get ahold of the hack pack. Unfortunately, the only way to get the hack pack is to purchase the PDF, and I don't want to drop 15 bones for the 5 bucks of bonus material I'm after. Is there some way we can order just the hack pack? Or can we get some sort of coupon code for DriveThru that would give us a discount if we already own the book?

You're right. In response to your question, I took a look and it seems you are unable to buy the "bonus content" separately. At this time, it seems that you can only buy the pdf, or you can buy both the pdf and bonus content as a bundle. I advise you hold off buying this bundle for the time being. Instead, contact both DriveThruRPG and Posthuman Studios, and explain to them your problem. In the past, DriveThruRPG has gotten back to me quickly (within 24 hours) with my problems resolved. I have yet to contact Posthuman Studios for any reason, but I'm sure they'll be understanding. Actually, looking right now I've noticed an unrelated anomaly. I going to look into it. I may also need to contact them.

Ok, I think I've figured this out. The grid (grid like thing near the top) has 32 entries. Its one entry more than what it had a week or two ago. The product "Eclipse Phase Sample Characters (iPad)" seems to show up twice. In the list below, it seems to be missing 2 products. Both the "Eclipse Phase Core Hack Pack [Bundle]" and "Eclipse Phase: Panopticon Hack Pack [Bundle]" are not shown on the list. I'll start contacting them now.

We've changed the way that Hack Packs are handled so they can be bought as distinct $5 downloads, but have not converted previous Hack Packs to that format. Decivre, drop me an email - adam at posthumanstudios.com, and I'll hook you up.

I checked this out, and I see both of those Hack Pack Bundles at the following link: http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/index.php?&manufacturers_id=3228 I also see them in the Hack Pack category: http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/index.php?cPath=5532_5966 I do see dupes of the iPad Sample Characters, though. That's interesting; they're using a feature that DTRPG still has in private beta test only, so that might be causing some weirdness. It's purely cosmetic -- both of them lead to the same page/download.

Hmm... Odd... I wasn't getting that page when I was scrolling through the publisher list last night. This was the page I was getting: http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/index.php?cPath=5532 However, the link seems to be working better now. When I was checking it again (about 10 minutes ago) to make sure it works, the publisher list was pointing to the link I provided, but now then it seems to been changed to link to the page your link points to. DriveThruRPG did email me back telling me they me they were looking into this problem, so it was probably adjusted while I was checking things out. I'll keep an eye out for other changes...

Thanks a bunch Adam. I'm glad you guys provide support so closely. Now I can buy more EP books! EDIT: Well, I now own nearly everything in the Eclipse Phase library. Never let it be said that a pirate strapped for cash won't still spare a few bucks to support something he likes.
