Trying to slap cuffbands on a victim incapacitated by shock ammo in combat?
Just curious how my way compares to others so I can judge if I'm being a mean GM or an easy going GM. :D

Re: How would you handle...
Incapacitated is *incapacitated*. They're a lightly vibrating rag doll, so cuffing them is trivial.

That's one vote for easy-going. :P
I made the NPC make an unarmed combat attack, but ignored the part under subdual attacks where you have to overcome their DUR.

Hehe, but if they're boneless on the ground, what are you attacking? It'd be subdual if you hadn't tased them yet. Hmm.
I'm not sure how a rule that PCs *and* NPCs can use can be 'easy-going' or not. I do know that shock is almost preposterously strong (obviously, for bios).

Re: How would you handle...
That's the thing, it's the first time it came up, so I wanted to be sure I set a good precedent. Judging form how effective it was, I wouldn't be surprised to see it again in the future (from either PCs or NPCs)!
Oh, and it was in zero-G, so not exactly a sack of skin lying on the ground. When the NPC missed the first time I explained that the character's body was convulsing too wildly to get a good grip. :P
Thanks for the feedback!

Ah, zero-g! A fun context, then. :)

A reflexive Freefal roll would have been enough, I think.
