Thanks to just having read about the bipedal owls i expected a gothic cathedral style Gargoyle until i read about life blogging and 360 degree cam coverage.

I loved the uplift chapter, especially the section from the whale's POV. "Yeah, I think three-dimensionally, use sonar, and my social structures are more fluid than human's. Of course whales are ready for the future."

KC Hudson, Gargoyle sleeved reporter:"Aye, lass! I cannae nae more stop filming than breathin' th'air!" Lynn Brooks, retired metacelebrity: "But you don't breath, you daft old git, you're in a synthmorph!" Hudson: (blank look, then mutters) "Bloody hell!" seriously, now, I kinda picture the Gargoyle morph looking a bit (or even a lot) like ME's Geth Should be fun to play around that. Especially if there is a young Scumborn in a Remade Morph nearby. lots of "Keelah!" and "Bosh'tet!" ensues...

Just got it and browsing. The section on surveillance and ubiquitousness of personal information certainly confirms the dystopian nature of EP ;) The section on space station is good material-even for non-EP settings. It can be used as a guide and information to show the feel and look of the world.

I'm having the same problem - I bough the Hack Packs for the Core, Sunward, Gatecrashing AND Panopticon this past week - and something like *17* of the various pics are blank/nonexistant/whiteouts. And many of them were gear (as said above) and morph pics!! I'm just running with an old Macbook Pro (2006), using preview; if anyone in Posthuman would like a listing of my DrivethruRPG order# or other details, I'd be glad to provide - I was wanting to collect a fill roster of morph pics. Secondary to this - why wasn't the Reaper and Flexbot morphs in the Sunward Hack Pack? Those were two I was looking for to apply to some NPCs I'm using soonish....

Same here. GIMP gives an error saying there's not CMYK filters or something and is unable to render the .psds in question.

Yep, me... four I guess. I keep having these same problems.

Re: Panopticon?
The issue is pretty simple: I now always save Photoshop file without creating a flat preview, because it takes less time to save them and it saves plenty of file-size, especially when I'm dealing with PSD files that are in the hundreds of megabytes. I'll tweak my settings and re-save the Hack Pack files with previews. You'll get a notification from DriveThruRPG when the updated files are live -- if you signed up to receive product update notifications, which you should :) I'll post here too, when it's done.

Re: Panopticon?
Thanks, Adam! hopefully the future psd will show in my gimp and ipad's psd viewer app oh, Uplift wise, my artist buddy Jon Riggle drew a kick ass uplifted Gorilla pic for me, to illustrate the story I'm (re-re-)writing. My jaw is still hurting from hitting my desk by dropping so often!

I'd have to sit down an look at the files that were included and not included to figure out why, honestly. I'll try to make some time for that soon. :)

Panopticon and Eclipse Phase Core Hack Packs updated to solve image problems in non-Photoshop apps. :)

Re: Panopticon?
Sorry for the long wait - I can confirm that the Hack Packs for Core, Sunward, Gatecrashing and Panopticon are all fixed, as I just re-downloaded and checked the files that were previously 'blank'. I've also placed a brief review to help sales along, as I was curious to find out only one other had placed a review... Hope that helps!
