Eclipse Phase Dice Bags at Gen Con: Reserve them now!

Eclipse Phase fans, Are you interested in buying an Eclipse Phase dice bag at Gen Con? We're looking at teaming up with Dragon Chow Dice Bags for a short run of dice bags, but we need to know how many to make! The dice bags will be available in both of Dragon Chow's styles: Standard: http://www.dragonchow.com/zencart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath... Tall with Pencil Strap: http://www.dragonchow.com/zencart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath... They will, of course, be made from a custom Eclipse Phase fabric! If you want one or more of these at Gen Con, please email me: adam at posthumanstudios.com -- this will lock in your pricing at $12 for a Standard bag or $16 for the Tall with Pencil Strap bag. You do not need to pay in advance; just let me know how many dice bags you'll want, and the name that will be on your Gen Con badge. We'll set these aside for you on Thursday and Friday at the show! (If you don't pick them up by Friday, we'll have to put them out for general sale on Saturday.)

I understand that distribution is tricky and don't want to distract you guys' energies from making more content, but is there any way to make these available to people who won't be at gencon?

We're going to look into our options, but the chance to get a bunch done in time for Gen Con literally fell into our lap today, so getting that -- and other Gen Con prep -- finished is our priority right now. :-)

the pencil strap thing is clever, but I dont bring enough dice to justify the tall bag -- especially not to the average EP game. maybe I should bring more dice, the ones I have kept rolling in the 90s. I had to ask my players what a "99" meant TWICE last sunday. Anyway, I'd certainly shell out for either, though I wont be at Gen Con -- thus my interest would be in having one sent to me (or to my FLGS if you prefer the visibility). Naturally, I'd expect to pay a bit of a markup for shipping. If you did this, would you just add some extra to the Gen-Con production run for people who want them shipped? Or is the shipping logistics too much to bother with, and we would wait for the next merchandising batch?

I won't be going to Gen Con (more like I can't ^_^), but I would be interested in one. Since I'm going to buy a EP core third printing too, I'll wait for news about it and try to buy both at once.

Hey all, For those wanting dice bags for pickup at Gen Con: You have until 9AM MST (that's 3PM GMT) this Friday, the 15th, to email me. See the original post in this thread for more details. For those wanting dice bags available by mail order, we will tackle that issue after Gen Con, as there are plenty of other pressing things I need to do before then. Any chance of a picture of the custom EP fabric? Regardless, I too am most interested in ordering a dice bag (Standard size) when the appropriate mechanisms are in place.

For my part, I don't actually use real dice anymore...instead of hauling around dice and books, I haul around my laptop with PDFs and a dice roller program. That said, I have friends who do use dice and who like EP, so I'd be interested in post-Gencon mail order for these (either variety) as gifts.

I would pay large sums of money to anyone that is able to obtain me both bags and mail them to me here in Australia. Well maybe not ludicrous amounts of money, but significant amounts. Ditto, Eclipse Phase t-shirts. Even just a limited run, I would be more than happy to buy 5 of them in one go. Surely if there are enough people interested in putting their money where their mouth is we can make this happen, right?
