I'm trying to do a translation to german, since it's my mother language and (native speaking) people tell me that my grasp of english is that excellent. I need it for my group too, i don't want to use english words when there could be a good german equivalent. But some things just have to stay english.

I've already translated the QSR and introductory adventure (trechriron is helping me out with the layout), the GM screen, the "Lack" introductory fiction and "A People's history of an unfortunate universe" to give my players, and JMobius' (and now Kindalas') spreadsheet, v 0.84 so far. I've not uploaded any of it yet, but let me know if you want me to.

I know German, I work in localization. I totally want to do this. I'm in SoCal, working for Games and I absolutely love this game (writing fanfic, but busy, due to dayjob, boo). Seriously, let me help, don't care about money, just credit...errr... @rep.

First of all very good work, there are however a few entries that may need to be changed or could sound better, in my opinion of course. Ghost-riding: Einen Infomorph in einem speziellen Implantat in deinem Kopf tragen. -You refer to the act of carrying another being with you, however the term Ghost-riding seems to infer being carried by someone else to me. Auch als Verb benutzt („vernetzen“) und adjektiv („vernetzt“) -Technically fine, however I feel that in the english version the term mesh was picked to differentiate it from the now commonplace use of the word net. I'm interesting in polish translation. I have problems with translating from polish to english but not vice versa. If someone want to help me with the polish translation of QSR i'm waiting for PM. I'll try to start translation on 4th july, when my exam session will end.

Russian QSR dirty translation will be finished in about a week. Fancy pdf will be ready a bit later, in a week or two. I will post a link here then for anyone interested.

I have a question regarding the core book. At some points of the book (I'm right now looking at the Echo IV description) the term "billion" is mentioned. ...Are we talking here about "american" billions (as in, a thousand millions) or "european" billions (as in, a million millions). Because that would be kind of relevant ;)

My translation of the QSR is done (save the examples, actually). Currently I am translating the main rule book as well, with the Skills translated, and currently re-working on the translation of the character generation. The link can be found at my sig, or my post not too far from above. :p

That's a pretty solid translation, and apparently you have done more research that I did! :D I've skimmed through your translation, it is quite nice, although the usage of words is understandably different than mine. Though, I believe that Agoniser (used by Gavin) should be translated somewhere closer to "苦痛者", as it is closer to both the meaning of the word and its function. :) Otherwise, keep up the good work! You are welcomed to visit my Chinese translation too. :p

Upon a quick wiki search, it appeared that the site that I used to host, Google Sites, was unfortunately blocked in mainland China. I am planning to host it on a mirror site because of it. It was a bit broken as I am in the process of tearing down the draft for my new one, but I will restore it once I have reorganised the content. The sidebar and pictures would not work, but since I haven't done anything to them (I didn't buy that skill or have the gear. :p), I guess it is good enough as a makeshift solution for now.

It works, but with some character corruption. I changed encode setting to "unicode (UTF-8)" in IE8 for Japanese.
