So I've run my first session.. my first two sessions now actually. This is my first ever attempts at GMing roleplaying games and it seems to be going well so far. :)
Curious about one thing however... rep changes.
I kinda like the idea that theres always someone who sees the player's actions, and this feedback virally propagates over the mesh and has an impact on the PC's reputation levels.
For example, one of my players (who is doing the EP equivalent of being a leading fashion designer and spent tons of CP at character creation on pumping rep levels to be really high) is acting like a sort of visiting celebrity.... she put out the call on the @-list and fame networks for a place to stay, and as part of that she started doing this livestreaming fashion show where was doing makeovers for a couple of people who offered to put her up.
I'm curious about what sorts of things you guys think should happen with rep, based on players actions such as this.
I can see that, obviously, this sort of behaviour should be noticed and should have some impact, but the question is.. how much? how soon?
What do you all think? How do you guys deal with it?
