When in VR space, do you get the mental-aptitude benefits (and, for that matter, mental implant benefits) of your morph, or is your simulmorph effectively an infomorph for this purpose?

Context: My hacker character has a Menton morph, but ze will normally use VR time-dilation for programming jobs such as keeping hir hacking 'ware up to date.
