Pretty much what I asked in the subject..
What can they use?
Do they need to use things like multitools? or does their nature count as one?
What about nanoswarms?
Some synthupgrades make sense but others not sure..
what about armor?
stealth?
Could you use a weapon mount and actually use a pistol?
What's the limit on items they can hold and use?
Can't find this in the book it just says most items can't be used by them and they can't really do things like help someone up, or muscle a door open and like physical stuff.

As far as I know, this one is pure DM judgment. My thoughts on a few things you mentioned:
What can they use? Not a whole lot.
Do they need to use things like multitools? Probably not. Being a swarmanoid is hard enough; I think I'd let a player get away with having tools already built-in.
Nanoswarms? Probably. Task a few bugs to lug along the dispersal unit, etc.
Armor? No, not on that scale. Stealth? This morph is already potentially very stealthy, and adding stealth features to every single bug... I'd say no.
Weapon Mount? Nope. No question, this is verboden.
What's the limit? Common sense. If a bunch of cicadas or bettles couldn't carry it, neither can you.
Bonus: If I was a player trying to circumvent this, I'd try arguing for a hand-laser. I'd say, "Though I have no hands, I can have the lenses for the laser installed in a few of my bugs, then line up those units when it's time to shoot."

Heh, how about equipping every nanobot with tiny buzzsaws. Force your way down your victims throat, and then burrow your way out.

Just have your swarm-boy buy a shell or extra synth-morph and jam it.

On second thought, use a walker (pg. 343) and the enemy might never know you're a swarm.
