Quick question on character creation
When purchasing skills, does the skill rating start at the level of the ego aptitude, or does it include morph bonuses? To put it in concrete terms, if my ego INT is 15, I have a ghost morph that gives +5 INT, and I want Disguise 60, do I spend 40 or 45 CP?

The cost for increasing skills is based on +0 bonuses from morphs. So if you have +10 from attribute, +5 from morph and you buy 50 skill points, you only pay as though you bought the skill up to 60, even though it's actually 65.
