I also got the Battletech books... Awaiting a reply at the moment from Amazon and hitting LFGS once more... Anyone found a nice online retailer that provides to France? (I plan on checking on the one that shipped to Norway as soon as I get my refund)

bookdepository does free worldwide shipping. Everything I have gotten from them has been shipped fairly quickly a few days at most after release.

By the way, Amazon processed my refund insanely fast and in a very client-friendly way. I even got to keep the mistaken books (which I have no idea what to do with). :)

I'm shopping at Amazon (French one 95% of the time) on a regular basis, and have been for 10 years now. I never found a better customer care, nowhere, whatever the kind of shop it is. Few issues, and the ones that arises are always handled quickly, in my favor (including a couple of times when the error was mine), professionally, and with great courtesy. Of course, it's still a supermarket. Don't bother asking what printing run a book is, or advice pre-sale. But apart from that, never found better. But the professional (meaning they know what they are talking about) RPG shops are very few indeed, maybe 3 or 4 (including virtual ones) tops in France. I doubt this is country specific, should be among those lines elsewhere too.
