I don't know if it's because English is not my first language but I find the Stats abbreviation particularly unclear or confusing (specially with previous experiences with other RPG : chaosium, gurps).
This could be also more clear if health figures could be regroup on the chara. sheet :
- Damage with durability and death rating followed by wounds with wounds thresholds
- Stress with Lucidity and Insanity rating followed by trauma with trauma thresholds
Here's my feeling about the clarity of abbreviations :
Cognition (COG) : clear
Coordination (COO) : clear
Intuition (INT) : could be confuse with intelligence
Savvy (SAV) : ? this abbreviation doesn't immediately ring a bell
Somatics (SOM) : ? this abbreviation doesn't immediately ring a bell
Willpower (WIL) : clear
INITIATIVE (INIT) clear
SPEED (SPD) clear
DURABILITY (DUR) this abbreviation doesn't immediately ring a bell
WOUND THRESHOLD (WT) this abbreviation is to short, it could mean anything
DEATH RATING (DR) this abbreviation is to short, it could mean anything
LUCIDITY (LUC) could be confuse with l uck
TRAUMA THRESHOLD (TT) this abbreviation is to short, it could mean anything
INSANITY RATING (IR) this abbreviation is to short, it could mean anything
DAMAGE BONUS (DB) this abbreviation is to short, it could mean anything
MOXIE (MOX) ok
