I'm very quickly coming to the conclusion that this game needs a distinct and separate character sheet for the ego and the morph. The ego sheet should work as the back-up of the character, while the morph sheet should work as the character sheet during the game. The ego sheet represents your character moving forward through the game as a record of experience and survival, While the morph sheet is your working character sheet during the game where you take note of all the stuff that just happened to you and the gear you have right now. If your character dies during the game without backing up, you lose everything on the morph sheet but are able to use the info on your ego sheet to back-up next game. and GM's can use morph sheets to keep records of character activity during each mission. I think this is a good idea and it would make a number of complicated issues in the game easier. I should also note that i suck at making character sheets, but understand what needs to be on one sheet or another. The graphics is what always gets me.

Character Sheets
I have to admit i haven't. i soured to such things after playing paint-by-numbers d&d a bunch of years back. In that system it was easy to play your character because they had cards for everything you could do but the characters growth was so thought out in advance by the game designers that it took away your decision making and forced you to use the race that was determined to work best for the class you wanted to play and to chose some skills and traits over others because they worked best with the race and class. When you leveled you had a predetermined list of skill to choose from. If not skill a than b, if not trait a than b. all the way through the system. That's not unique but it removed any feeling of creativity from the game. Everyone's character was identical, except for your name and a few skills and traits your Ranger, for instance, was just like everyone else's Ranger. From race to class and choices of skills and traits because some skills and traits were more desirable then others everyone made the same choices and there was a card for all of it. Since then i tend to shy away from cards and the like. It may not be smart, but i always feel put off by using cards in a RPG, except for equipment cards, thoughs are fine.

I'd encourage you to take a peek at them -- all the cards are available as free PDFs -- as they're just game aids for EP1, they aren't a radical change in how the system works. Just how it's presented!

Ok, I'll have a look at it. I still think this game needs two character sheets. A continuing use ego sheet and a mission use morph sheet

Shameless plugin.

I supplement it with simple printout of augments with descriptions from some Excel sheet. If I am lazy and do not expect the Morph to survive for long.
Additionally great identities and rep favours page from IIRC Kindalas'es sheet.
