So... I need some help. One of my players has proposed the character in the linked singular character file. Clearly, she hasn't invested enough in Networking skills. And the program also shows an overspend on negative traits. But my biggest question is how she got enough cash to buy an already expensive morph with such extensive modifications. To me, it seems to border on twinkishness, but I'd rather have a better reason for rejecting it than my personal opinion. I realize I can find any number of in-game reasons that would result in a re-sleeve to something more modest. She's already lost all of her gear in an exsurgent virus scare.
