I stumbled on the rules for tasks time reduction and Transhuman...
I can't put together what's written on Pages 97 (speed and task action) and 84 (intuitive cracker).
Let's assume a character with Speed 4 and Mental speed implant and Intuitive cracker (L2) too.
12 actions per turn (4 standard + 8 mental only).
If she spends 11 actions for brute force hacking attempt she can lower the required time from 12 action turns to... Instant? (minimum 1 turn I suppose)
12 action turns reduced by 10 mental extra actions means I get 12-100%.
Am I doing it right? Can I brute force someone in 1 action turn?

Brute force hacking - minimum time required

I cannae break the laws o' physics, cap'n.
If I remember right, there's a hard cap on time-reduction of 90%. This hard cap applies to all sources of time-reduction at the end of calculation, so you can't stack multiple 90% reductions. An action that has a base time requirement of 20 action turns for example, cannot be reduced below 2 turns no matter what resources you throw at it. I don't remember if it rounds fractions up or down.
However, Intuitive Cracker is also a time reduction, and so it also falls under the 90% rule. This means brute-force hacking cannot be reduced by more than 90% of its base time whether you have Intuitive Cracker or not, IC just helps you hit that hard cap faster/cheaper.

So: 1,2 action turns for that
So: 1,2 action turns for that brute force intuitive cracker power gamer.
Any ideas if it should be rounded up or down?
Thank you so far!

One option is to make it
One option is to make it finish after the speed 2 action phase, basically 6 action phases rather than measuring it in turns.
This would get super awkward if you get that much with a low speed, but that isn't likely to happen all that often.

Not quite
Well, you mentioned 12 was the duration *after* IC's time reduction. The cap is 90% of the base time *before* IC's time reduction. Which is... [searching...] 20 action turns. So the hard cap on brute force hacking speed is 2 action turns regardless of what you throw at it. Once you reach 2 turns, there is no need to invest in any additional speed.
So there you go. The minimum time to brute-force hack something is 2 turns, no exceptions.
