Biomorphs vs. Synthmorphs: Advantages and Disadvantages
So, fellow trans/posthumans, what are the benefits and disadvantages of being a bio versus a synth? So far, mechanically, I see that Biomorphs tend to be more flexible, and have more variety, and are quite...squishy. Synthmorphs seem to be tougher, and more suited to future life, if lacking in diversity.

This is probably not a complete list, but I'll mention what I can think of at the moment anyways. Biomorphs have organic brains so they can't be hacked (short of TITAN tech that is). They also heal naturally. Transhumans are more comfortable in biomorphs than synthmorphs. Some augmentations make more sense with biomorphs (usually because they fix problems with biomorphs) than with synthmorphs. Biomorphs take years to grow to maturity. Synthmorphs don't need to breathe, can survive in space, etc. They however can be hacked. They don't heal naturally (medichines fixes that problem). They also require to suffer damage equal to 200% durability before being completely destroyed and they don't bleed to death (biomorphs are not so fortunate). Synthmorphs don't need to sleep. Synthmorphs can get augmentations that biomorphs can't. Synthmorphs can be made in hours with a proper nanofaber.
