Hi all, I'm new here and have a friend that is learning EP. I was looking through the site, and saw that they have a basic core rules PDF download. Can i learn to play the game using that, or do i need the $50 core rulebook? My friend already bought it, so i was planning on learning it with him. Any help would be nice. Thanks!

The PDF is the full book, don't mixup with the quick start ... but The quick start should help.
