Introduction to AI -- A Stanford-quality class led by two luminaries of the field, massive automation making interaction with a host of students possible (shooting for 200,000), and perhaps the future of online education. Not to mention... free. Also a chance to study in a bit more depth one of the key topics we discuss on here all the time.

Stanford is also offering a free online class in machine learning and another providing an introduction to databases. Sign up if you're into it and up to it, and join the tens of thousands who have also indicated an interest. Note: With both these classes and the AI class, "signing up" merely means you're showing a strong inclination to take the offering in question. You will have a chance to formally sign up later, when their database contacts you again.
