Character Sheets

I've been looking for a good character sheet for Eclipse Phase, preferably form fillable. I know there are some already, but there is one problem with them. This seems to be a problem on all the sheets I've seen so far, actually. The skills Academics, Profession, Knowledge, Art and Language don't have any space to write in the actual skills. So it says only "Academics:" with no more space to write anything. Anyone know of any character sheet with a bit more space to write in these skills? :) Cheers, Eirik
