Brainstorming bounty hunting ideas
Hi! So, I'm starting a new game and one of my players has decided they want to do some bounty hunting in their 'non-mission' time. In my game, I am planning on emphasizing people's personal lives as well as their Firewall active time. So, I'm looking to generate some bounty targets for that player to hunt down in return for payments. He's going to be operating on Extropia. What kinds of things do you see people offering bounties for, and what kinds of offenses would bounty targets have committed?

On Extropia bounty hunters
On Extropia bounty hunters would probably be registered freelance judges (they'd also need to learn a decent amount of extropian law, but muses and skillsofts trivialize that) so they'd be going after pretty much every kind of offense, but pretty much all of those will be some kind of contract breaking. So unpaid debts, skipping contracted work, theft of IP, and similar. I'd expect physical theft and battery/murder would be uncommon comparatively, as stealing doesn't make as much sense, and contracted personal defense would probably handle that mostly. I expect they'd hire a freelancer when a murderer goes on the run though, but that probably means leaving extropia.

Repo Men
Enforcing an Extropian contract is more getting the substance of what's contracted for, or its equivalent value, than "punishing" the breaker of the contract. So "bounty hunting" may be a lot more like being a "repo man" or a particularly aggressive debt collector than what you might find elsewhere. How exactly that works depends on the character's skills.
