[new campaign?] Snohomish County, WA, USA

To my fellow Washingtonians living in the North-of-Seattle area, I am preparing to run an Eclipse Phase, non-Firewall, episodic campaign (sort of private investigators in the Saturn system) at my preferred FLGS. If you're interested in a game, or just meeting other fans of Eclipse Phase, stop on by. The store is PFC Games

EDIT: located in the Lynnwood/Edmonds region; address: 7528 Olympic View Drive, Edmonds, WA 98026 My plan is to run every other Thursday, from 5pm to about 9pm roughly. I would run longer or more frequently but my wife (an enthusiast of Eclipse Phase herself granted) will not tolerate me adding more to my 3-5 nights/week schedule, so for the moment, this is all I got time for. This Thursday, June 25, we (3-5 players currently) are meeting for character generation and general socializing, but because I haven't gotten nor require a complete commitment from players (this will not be a campaign of STRONG continuity so if you miss a session it is no big deal) so the table is open. Our first session of actual playing will be on July 2nd, and we expect to meet again on July 16. Scheduling may vary or change but I will keep folks informed. I intend to have pre-gens for folks to jump in with as my goal is to nurture a pool of Eclipse Phase players in the area.

Yay! I'll be there. I'm fine using a pre-gen, however I'm also fine making my own character (since I am somewhat experienced at this).

I intend to have pre-gens for any unexpected arrivals, the goal of meeting tomorrow (June 25) is so that folks can collaborate on what they'd want to play and how to tie characters together. I find that the lack of "Firewall says play nicely together and save the world" and combined with a "its the Outer System, so you're probably not amoral psychopaths motivated by money" means it will be SUPER handy to have reasons for your characters to work together. The pre-gens will be broadly motivated so they can be plug-n-play. I welcome a chance for folks to make their own characters, as my pre-gens are probably not very optimized (though they'll fit better than out-of-book sample characters). Finally, glad to find interested players, looking forward to tomorrow.
