Rogues Gallery for an Ego Hunters game.
This summer I'm going to be running a game in which the Players take the role of Ego Hunters operating around the inner solar system. In the early sessions the antagonists will primarily be murderers and low-lifes, and the end of the campaign will pit the players against something at the scale of genocidal fall-criminals. I would like to offer my players a broad and eclectic list of bounties. At the end of every session I'll present them with a short description of three or four criminals from which to make their choice. That will give me two weeks to write a module about the antagonist they've selected. Over the next few months I'll post the bounties I've introduced in my game, and I'll update the ones my players lead me to flesh out. In the mean time, I'd be grateful for any comments or advice from people who have run modules or campaigns similar to what I'm doing.

Check out Cowboy Bebop Anime.
Cowboy Bebop Anime is an tv anime series where an eclectic group of bounty hunters go after various bounties and deal with personal back stories. It also has a cool jazz soundtrack.

If you can find it Adam
If you can find it Adam Warren's Dirty Pair : Run From the Future has the duo covertly infiltrating a Dyson Tree habitat to arrest a number of wanted criminals. These include a living suit of leather, uplifted orca, and a cloned army of one terrorist! Really it's a great read overall, I highly recommend it.

The campaign is slowly
The campaign is slowly shaping together in my off hours from work. I must admit I got a bit sidetracked prepping miniatures for the first session, but the writing continues. I would be delighted to read any suggestions of criminals to include in my game. I would be particularly grateful for any "mini-boss" sorts of encounters that would make for a good a la carte obstacle. I've quickly noticed that though it's very easy to write the complicated schemes of a few criminal masterminds, it's a much tougher job to consistently churn out a menagerie of minor criminals with concise and imaginative misdeeds. Here are the first three prompts I'm going to offer the players. Evangelina Apalta. 2 days ago, Apalta depressurized an 1100 square-foot administrative wing of the Clever Hands facility for nearly 4 hours, causing thousands of credits in damage and forcing 3 researchers to resleeve. Lunar news cycles have dubbed Evangelina "The Monkeywrencher" after her impassioned Uplift Rights Xp went viral. She is believed to be holed up in one of the minor warren habitats beneath the lunar surface. AlgoRhythm This hacker infected the cyberbrains of nearly 400 synths on an 18 hour workshift of the Korolev Shipyard with the narcoalgorithm DDR. Xp of this event caught the mesh like wildfire, largely due to the catchy tunes applied to the feed. While fans of the Xp argue it was an act of harmless mischief, the Steel Liberators insist this was a deliberate assault on the dignity of Clanking Masses everywhere. Bioconservative pundits point to the event as an example of the dangerous vulnerabilities of Cyberberbrains, while Starware quietly mutters their tired refrain that Omnicor must be the real culprit. AlgoRhythm is believed to be hiding somewhere in Lunar orbit. Simone Cholmondeley Arson is quite a rare crime in AF 10. On his first visit to Luna, Simone enjoyed flying lessons and a walking trek through the Sea of Tranquility before he went missing during a picnic in Erato’s famous jungle preserve. The rest of Simone's tour group was found by automated firefighting drones, despatched to extinguish a brushfire in the densest portion of Erato’s nature preserve. The dead morphs appear to have been Grip-Taped to trees and doused copiously with a Chlorine-triflouride derived accelerant.

Looks like you have things well in hand. Some really great ideas. There is a little blurb in Panopticon on p.19 for Ego Hunters.

Might not be totally germane
Might not be totally germane to a game about ego hunters, but I put together a s... NPC file of potential antagonists a while back, some of them might make good contracts
Did you hear the one about the guy who became a fence?
