I was expecting a table format with variants listed against the default stats. nice pictures though was still hoping for default state comparison though perhaps going with (+1d10) showing the difference in parenthesis for a given stat

I gave up, instead

I tried to make something like you did but I gave up. My PCs travel a lot between habitats, so they have to change weapons very oftena. So, I need a fast list of weapons or the players will loose a lot of time every time to search for it and choose. This doesn't mean I will not look at your great docs and steal some ideas :-D Thank you for the links Luca

Sweet illustration. I notice that your designs are all very "robust", kind of bulky. If you have, or ever do any compact streamlined versions I'd like to see those too. To me, futuristic can also mean; light weight efficient, more-bang-for-less-mass. It's a huge challenge to illustrate agression and deadly in a small package. If you ever get around to making some micro grav or octopoid designs I'd love to see those too. You do good work. I'm sure you're up to it.

Sorry to disappint but I didnt draw them. I just got them from deviant art and various concept art sites. I browse these sources regularly and admire the art and I felt compelled to stat the weapons i found

with kinetic energy weapons you kinda need extra mass to help keep recoil down and make sure it is properly balanced.

True but there are ways of dealing with that. Over the last 40 years firearms, especially handguns have put more power in less volume with less mass. I expect that trend to continue but it's hell on illustrators who need "big and brawny" to get the my-gun-is-awesom point across.

I am sure the artists whose work you admire would appreciate you setting up your document so it either credited them or at least had html links to their DA sites (both would be preferable). This also lets those of us who find the art interesting go look to see more art by the same artists.
