Tell me about your character.
So I don't think I would be reaching if I said that the GM → Player ratio might be a little bit skewed for these forums. However I also seriously doubt that at least some of us don't actually play, rather than just run, the game from time to time. I also find it telling for a game system about what kind of characters people are playing within it. It sparks ideas in my head that I then go off and fiddle with, and has pushed me in some really fun directions for campaigns and things. So why don't we talk about what our characters are like? You could use the chance to talk about how cool your guy is, or the nice little story hook you gave your GM, or how you used the mechanics of the game to realize a fun concept. Obviously some people will have multiple ongoing characters, or will have played in multiple games, or whatever. So how about we keep it to the character that you think is most interesting. You can keep it as short as you want, or as long as you want. I have found that everyone likes to gush about how cool their pet is. Hell, some people spent large sums of money to transplant a concept into Transhuman. Plus the forums have been a bit slow lately, and this might help spark up some discussion. Tell me a story about your character. If you aren't good at structured writing but still want to have a go, maybe have a look at a Ten Minute Background thing, such as the one found here.

My main and first character:
My main and first character: IntI She was a part of a AI combat team, one AGI piloting a Reaper and IntI as the hacker in a ghostrider module. During the Fall the combat guy (Bob) got killed by a virus so IntI had to get herself out and later learned how to use the Reaper. Now she is a combat and Infosec teacher at an autonomist enclave on Titan which is kind of a monk-militia training center and she also does some programming for Inner System hackers. She is quite naive and trusts the psychosurgeon of the group with everything. Mostly she just quietly walks with the rest of the group, occasionally behaving slightly childish and is generally regarded as 'kinda cute'. But from time to time, when the mission requires it, she fights brutally without mercy, thinking nothing of it and goes back to normal seamlessly. I also have some characters in the drawer. A petal creating hacker girl from the Inner System, who is always happy and friendly. An Ultimate mercenary who doesn't have much experience beyond the Ulitmate training hab and struggles with the hedonistic rest of transhumanity. An investigative Steel Liberator journalist / acitivist with an Islamic background, focused on social stealth (Ghabbi cloak and Liquid Steel morph).

My main character, Kazuhiko
My main character, Kazuhiko Westgate. A scion of one of the top bigwigs of Solaris Banking, Kazu lived a life of luxury and wealth back on Earth. But he greatly sympathized with the have-nots of society, and during the Fall he coordinated corporate efforts to evacuate people from the surface. He remembers the in-fighting and efforts to sabotage each other, which greatly frustrated his evacuation efforts. Why would you sabotage your rivals when your entire race is facing extinction? Because of this in-fighting between corporate rivals, hundreds of thousands of lives were lost, leaving Kazuhiko with a strong distrust of the Planetary Consortium, as several of these scheming corporations are now prominent members in the PC. The Consortium's practice of what he views as exploitation of the refugees from the Fall as slave labor has further blackened his view. However, he also remembers attacks by techno-anarchist scum fleets that preyed on the fleeing ships, leaving him with an equally strong distrust of the "outer system renegades". This distrust of anarchists would change into hatred when an attack by the Blue Roses, a militant anarchist cell, deliberately released a strain of the exsurgent virus on a hypercorp habitat, wiping or infecting everyone onboard and causing several permanent deaths---including his sister. An investigation into the Blue Roses revealed that they are not a minority fringe group---they had numerous supporters amongst the outer system and an unknown amount of active saboteurs that is estimated to be at around two hundred. Kazuhiko was recruited into Firewall when they, too, were investigating the Blue Roses for their release of the exsurgent virus. Ironically, Kazuhiko's group is comprised almost entirely of people from the Autonomist Alliance: an anarchist technician, a Titanian naval officer, a scum enforcer, and an argonaut scientist. Kazuhiko does not try to hide his contempt for anarchism and any who follow it, but he has slowly grown to trust his comrades, whom have proven themselves to be good individuals, and he finds comfort in that he, a hypercorp scion, and they, outer system "renegades", can agree on one thing: The human race is worth saving. The sentinel group is currently on Mars, investigating a possible link between where the Blue Rose anarchists got the virus, and a hypercorp performing inhumane experimentation with said virus.

I never played in the seat of
I never played in the seat of a player but when i ruled my first game (and so far last, it seems that my friend didn't like hard science fiction setting) one of my player (normaly our GM) played an hacker the guy had debt, so much debt that the mafia was coming to take him into indenture, so when they broke into his house he sleeve in the only custom morph he could get and get out pronto the morph was a Corgis So the players was snooping around with a dog who hack door and mesh site

What do you mean a butterfly cause this ? How a butterfly can cause an enviromental system overload on the other side of a 10 000 egos habitat ?
