How long was the Fall?
I know that the egos behind EP are determined that the actual date of the Fall remain in a causally astable state (I'm looking at you, clockwork space-whale boy, lol), but is there any mention of how long it lasted? I get the impression that it was short, as the TITANs' abilities increased logarithmically along with their mental characteristics. However, how short was it? Months, weeks, days? I don't recall it being mentioned anywhere, but I could (likely) be mistaken. If so, could someone point it out? If the length of the fall is not stated anywhere, then what value do you use in your scenarios? Assist me if you will in establishing a timeframe for this event. Thank you.

Depends on when it started.
Depends on when it started. It is not known if the increase of violence and conflicts in the beginning of the Fall were actually caused by the TITANs, some even say the TITANs were brought online because of it. I think it was about three to two years when you count from the point where it started to go downhill faster than usual and about one year to six months when you take the moment when people started to realize that something was terribly wrong and humanity as a whole was under attack by something. Two to three months for the time it looked like humanity would not make it.

The event that people
The event that people actually call the Fall is something I imagine to have taken a couple months, if that. But the strife, dilemmas and political landscape that led up to that event likely took a few decades to solidify.

"For over a year they stalked
"For over a year they stalked and destroyed us." (p. 36) The Fall lasted over a year, and you can probably add the months preceeding it when the big superpowers are throwing their weight around and threatening hostilities while funding proxy wars too, if you want to be technical. The longer estimate would be that "the Fall" lasts almost two years. This, somewhat annoyingly, means that all the dates are confusing. Is AF0 an actual year in EP, encompassing the Fall, between BF1 and AF1, just to make all date math complicated?

The Venusian mark Fall Day on
The Venusian mark Fall Day on April 26th as that was the date that the UN officially decided to begin evacuation of the Earth (Sunward, p. 41). Presumably, the UN would have done this only after the writing was already on the wall and those with means were already heading to the safety of higher ground. Still, the date of the UN call for evacuation makes a convenient date start of AF0. It is easy to imagine people saying "today marks the one year anniversary of the UN Declaration of Evacuation" or "it has now been three years since the governments of Earth chose retreat" until it just gets shortened to "it's been 8 years since the Fall."
