Smart clothing size range
I was asked a question by one of my players: "My character has smart clothing on him. But how far can this clothing it change the size? Can full-body suit be made as small as a miniskirt? Can it be made as small as a bracelet or necklace?" I kindly ask for advice / ideas - I could not find a satysfying answer in corebook. There have to be some physical limits about compressing smart material, but does anyone have an idea how small (and while we are at it, how big) can smart clothing suit be made?
"Normal" does not exist anymore. I consider it a good symptom, though.

As far as I know, smart clothing can change its color, texture and cut, but can't break a law of conservation of mass, so can't change its mass. So if you have a full-body suit of 2 kilogram, while you can change it to a miniskirt of 2 kilogram, can't change it to one of 0.2 kilogram. And the changing take some time. If "a jumpsuit to a party dress" take a minute or two, "a full-body suit to a miniskirt" would take more time (3 or 5 minutes?). I am not sure it is possible to change to non-clothing like a bracelet or necklace. But if it is, it would take more time (5 or 10 minutes?).

I have also ruled that
I have also ruled that smartcloathing needs to be 1 piece, that it can't split up into a bikini for example (unless the pieces are attached with very hard to see strings). This because it sort of make sense to me and that I want to avoid people putting one piece of their smartcloathing (say a jacket) on a chair and someone else taking it away and having to figure out what happens when you want to change it again. Also, I thought it would be interesting to try and find smartcloathing cuts that would be fashionable and still in one piece.
