If people haven't seen it, the Image comic Prophet is a great sci-fi read. It conceives of a human space empire that falls, and the hidden clones of a famous soldier (John Prophet) are awoken centuries later to revive the old Empire.
Would anyone in the EP universe try to hide away a series of human morphs and cold-storage egos, as a safeguard against the absolute extinction of transhumanity? A rough and tumble morph implanted with an alpha fork of a survivalist, with a muse full of important historical and engineering data? While most orgs have short-term failsafes against extinction, this one seems like a sort of seed vault for humanity.

It is a good comic for EP
It is a good comic for EP inspiration. So many weird, disgusting and plain wonderful aliens and biotechnologies. And John Prophet seems to be the kind of stoic super-survivor all Ultimates aspire to - but without the ego.
