Printing Errata

Went to print 1.2.1 errata this morning and my colored ink is empty. So tried to do a black and white copy. The blue text is faint and red invisible. Tried grey-scaling it and turning all text to black but printer is still reading it the same. I only have free versions of pdf viewers and I've tried two different ones so far with no luck. Regardless of settings I can't get the font to darken when printing. Any solutions?

If you're using Adobe Reader X, the simplest solution is going to be: FILE>SAVE AS>TEXT. Then just print the text file instead of the PDF.

After hours of tinkering with no luck thats what I did. Pulled the text and dropped it into double columned document. Took about an hour to straighten it out. Ended up with 3 and half pages front and back of B&W printed errata.
