Psychosurgery Diagnosis?
EP 229-231 makes reference to diagnosis being the first step in Psychosurgery, and the Psychosurgery Modifiers Chart on EP 231 gives a -30 modifier for an Improper Preparatory Diagnosis. But I don't see any rules for doing a proper one. Can anyone help me out on this? How do you do a preparatory diagnosis for psychosurgery? How long does it take?
